They wish to keep you in the carbon state, preventing the shift into crystalline consciousness. Further, the substances being sprayed contain smart dust, or nanobots. These are designed to integrate with the human microbiome to create a digital twin of your consciousness. They seek to merge human biology with their artificial intelligence, which is their social memory complex frequency, so that humanity can be managed like a hive mind.
