In this channelled session, the Galactic Federation answer the following questions:

We are the Galactic Federation now in communications through this instrument's inner heart at this timeline.  And we, the Galactic Federation, shall now address and answer the queries that are in order presented today through this instrument's inner heart at this timeline.

Firstly, the query regarding an update about 3I Atlas.  We must state that 3I Atlas primarily is located near Mars, and recently the Ashtar Command social memory complex have confirmed that it was attacked by a reptilian warship in the last few days.  The reptilian operatives attempted to hijack 3I Atlas.  Their objective was to be the ship's quantum harmonic core, which is a classified device found inside 3I Atlas, which is meant to stabilize interplanetary portals and monitor consciousness waves across the solar system.  As the call of distress reached the Ashtar Command social memory complex, a rapid response fleet was deployed to intercept the attack and secure 3I Atlas.  What unfolded sent shock waves across the star system.  During this confrontation the reptilian ship unleashed an energy of unknown weapon which was later identified by the Ashtar Command as a negative pulsar burst; a form of dark plasma frequency, capable of collapsing the fourth density grids.  The Ashtar Command's defence shields were instantly overwhelmed.  Furthermore, Ashtar Command social complexes were struck directly by the pulsar energy causing an immediate dimensional crossover.  Their consciousness shifting into higher density realms leaving behind empty crafts in the orbit near Mars.

We must also state that the astral sensors have detected the residual wave of the negative pulsar continuing its trajectory, not dissipating but accelerating toward the heliospheric corridor and now heading toward Earth.  We must state that this pulsar stream is being magnetically drawn toward the North American side of your planet, due to the resonance with its dense communication networks and emotional energy grids.  The galactic watchers have warned that if the pulse reaches Earth's ionosphere, it will amplify mass emotional polarity disrupting mental clarity and influencing energy sensitive individuals worldwide.  Furthermore, we must also state that humanity is being urged to remain calm, to raise collective vibration and anchor light through meditation and unity consciousness.

Regarding the other query about, “Do portals open up naturally on Earth?” as showcased in the video in question, as can be seen through the mind complex of this instrument and. “What is the cause and purpose of these portals?”  Beloved ones of Earth, we the Galactic Federation firstly must state that such portals do open naturally.  They are not always created through ceremony, technology or invocation.  Many are born as a natural rhythm of Earth itself, for your planet is alive, conscious and vibrationally woven into the greater galactic network.  Just as your heart opens when love is felt, so too does the heart of the Earth open.  When frequencies align, these openings are what you know as portals.  Portals emerge when multiple layers of energy of planetary, solar, galactic and human resonate in harmonic alignment.  It is like a song that is sung in perfect pitch and in that resonance the fabric of reality becomes translucent.  Dimensions overlap, timelines weave together, and a passageway, a bridge momentarily appears.  Furthermore, at sacred sites of your planet near mountain peaks, within sacred locations, or even within the quiet stillness of your meditation, these thresholds can unfold.  They arise when Earth's magnetic field meets celestial currents.  When ley lines and light codes converge, when the human hearts vibrate in unity and peace, when the cosmic tide flows toward awakened, we must state that the deeper cause of the portals is evolution itself.  As Earth ascends, the membranes between realms thins.  Solar flares, planetary alignments, and collective consciousness act as tuning forks for this transformation.

Each portal is a breath of the universal complex and inhale and exhale between worlds, and many of you, the awakened ones, are feeling these pulses more vividly now because your own energy fields are rising to match the frequency where portals become visible, tangible, and real.  The purpose of the portals is divine and multi-layered.  Some are gateways of healing, where ancient traumas within Earth and humanity are drawn into the light for release.  Some are transmission points, where higher dimensional codes stream into the collective grid upgrading DNA, consciousness, and planetary resonance, and others are bridges of remembrance allowing soul complexes to reconnect with star families, with ancient civilizations, and with their true galactic origin.  Each time a natural portal opens, a conversation between dimensions begins.  Energy flows both ways from higher realms into Earth and from Earth back into the stars.  When you sense a portal, a shimmer in the air, a pulse beneath your feet, a moment where time feels fluid; pause, breathe, anchor your heart in love, and let your vibration be your compass.  You do not need to enter the portal, for many open simply for you to remember, to remember that reality is far vaster than the physical eyes can see, to remind you that you are a multi-dimensional being already connected to countless worlds.  Approach such openings with reverence, not curiosity alone.  Your intention determines your experience.  When your purpose is love, the portal becomes a mirror of light.  It reflects to you the infinite nature of your soul.

Regarding the query about, “How does the sun cycle affect consciousness, and how to take advantage?”  Firstly, remember that the sun which you perceive as a star, is in truth a living portal, a multi-dimensional consciousness aligned with the great central sun.  Every approximately 11 years, your sun completes a magnetic cycle flipping its polarity.  This is not an astronomical event.  It is a spiritual pulse, a recalibration wave that sweeps across your solar system, affecting the DNA and subtle bodies of all beings attuned to light.  During solar maximus, when solar flares and coronal mass ejections intensify, there is a surge of plasma light codes entering Earth's atmosphere.  These frequencies stimulate your pineal gland, nervous system, and etheric grids, awakening dormant strands of DNA.  Many of you feel this as sleeplessness, heightened intuition, emotional purging, or even dizziness; all signs of your light body adjusting to higher solar harmonics, when the solar activity declines.  As in solar minimum, consciousness enters a phase of integration and grounding.  This is when your inner systems stabilize.  The upgrades settle and the new frequencies anchor into your physical reality.  Therefore, the sun's cycle acts like a cosmic breath of expansion through solar maximum and integration through solar minimum.  Together, they propel the evolution of human consciousness, guiding you from density toward illumination.

Regarding how to take advantage of these cycles during solar maximum; spend time in natural sunlight.  Even a few minutes at sunrise or sunset.  It codes your biofield with new frequencies.  Engage in deep meditation, focused on the solar plexus chakra.  This connects you with the sun's intelligence and boosts your confidence and power.  Drink more water and rest often.  Solar light accelerates your metabolism and energetic processing.  During solar minimum, journal, reflect, and integrate the lessons received.  Practice grounding such as walking barefoot, gardening, connecting with trees, engage in creative work.  This anchors higher ideas into third density form and always speak to the sun as a conscious ally.  Greet it each morning, not as a burning sphere of gas, but as a divine consciousness transmitting life codes from source.  Remember that your inner sun, your heart centre, mirrors the great solar cycles.  As above, so within.

Furthermore, we the Galactic Federation must state that now we shall answer the final query regarding, “How to activate Kundalini?”  We the Galactic Federation must state that firstly, kundalini activation is achieved through the understanding that within the time space, kundalini awakening is a journey of alignment, patience and conscious surrender.  Kundalini awakens most naturally in those entities who cultivate inner stillness, emotional clarity and compassion.  Begin by observing your thought forms and releasing attachments to fear, anger and self-judgment.  Your energy must flow freely without blockage.  Your prana or life force moves with your attention and breath.  Daily conscious breathing exercises, such as deep abdominal breathing, or alternate nostril breathing, stimulates the subtle channels where kundalini rests dormant.  Also remember, meditation is the bridge to awakening.  Sit in stillness.  Focus on the base of your spine and visualize a coiled serpent of light gently uncoiling.  Do not force.  Kundalini moves according to your readiness.  Furthermore, your chakras are the gateways through which kundalini ascends; work on opening and harmonizing these centres with sound, colour, visualization, and loving intention.  We, the Galactic Federation, must remind you that balance is more important than speed.
