Greetings to all of you and thank you so much for taking the time to read and receive our message in your heart.  The gates are now open for contact.  The 5D timeline has been created and crystallized.  It is now your decision to step out of the 3D matrix.  You are the creator of your reality.  Are you ready to take this responsibility and create your world in the most majestic way possible?  There is nothing holding you back. Stop doing what does not resonate with you.  Breathe, go within, shift your vibration, and then jump onto the 5D timeline.  5D beings know they are the creators of their reality and there are no limits to what one can create.  Are you ready to follow your intuition and start making awe inspiring lives?  There are no external circumstances and there never have been, besides the 3D illusionary ones.  Now that you are stepping out of that mindset, learn to take full control over your mind so you can focus on that which positively touches your heart.  Be ready to experience a life where there will be no one to blame anymore.  Be ready to take full responsibility because as a sovereign being, you always had full responsibility and now you are truly awakening to who you truly are.

It is time to step out of your comfort zone.  Stop consuming more than you truly need and nurture your planet with your attention and care.  You are meant to make wise decisions, and we are here to support you along with so many other galactic brothers and sisters.  Let's start doing so by building up your energy level.  Because dear human beings, everything that you experience is a projection of your inner energy.  Raise it up and be prepared to experience a reality that is aligned with your new energy level.  Do yoga, meditate, try spiritual practices that resonate with you and awaken the dormant energy in your body, because that is what it means to uplift your vibration and jump timelines.  It takes effort.  Are you truly committed to your journey?  Affirm yes and we will be there to support you with the most amazing and simple tools for raising your vibration and awakening the dormant energies within you.  We will make sure that you all can do it.  We love it terribly.  I am Saint Germaine, keeper of the violet flame.

You all have been experiencing life on planet Earth through a dimensional perspective that is shifting.  In other words, you are shifting the way that you perceive your reality, and that is what allows the reality that you perceive and experience to change.  In some cases, you see it happening in real time.  You notice that miracles are possible, you notice that quantum leaps are possible, you notice that spontaneous remissions are possible, and the more that you notice these things, the more you hold the perspective that is truer to your true self.  The true self knows, and you are seeking to know what the true self knows.  In order to do that, you must find your alignment with your true self and with source, and in order to do that, sometimes all you must do is change your perspective on something.  You change the way you look at something, you change you and it, and you certainly change your experience of it, and then you have nothing to resist.  You have nothing to condemn, you have nothing to judge, you have nothing to fear.  It is only when you take your power back that you can know yourself as powerful, and again, the true self, the whole self is powerful and knows that power.  It is easier to know without the veil, and I will grant you that.  Therefore, no one in the higher realms would have expected anything else from you, and you all wanted to have the experience of being veiled as souls.

As humans, you wonder why you would ever take on the veil and experiment with the experience of physical reality?  Why would you ever want to know yourselves as separate and separate from source?  You have your reasons.  You don't have to discover what all those reasons are to realize that you are the one who is playing the game with you, and you are the one who is discovering the rules of the game.  Now, as you shift your perspective and you know that miracles are possible, you then become one with the reality that you want to experience, and you realize that the reality you have been experiencing is not so solid.  It's not long lasting and it's not even the reality that someone sitting next to you would be experiencing if they were to report their experience of it to you.  Again, different perspectives, and that is how it was always meant to be there on earth.  But once you realize that you can take on the perspective of the person who seems to be having a very good time in life instead of resenting them, you take your power back.  You take your power back from circumstances, conditions, from others who would like you to hand your power to them, and you do so without any resentment towards them because you know they were playing their role in your game, and then you live your life as an awakened consciousness, and the evidence is all around you.  The evidence is in your life.  It's in the way you feel and it's in your relationships with others which also change when you change the way you look at them.  I invite you to feel for your power, to seek out your alignment, and to experience the reality that is of your preference and your creation, and I want you to know that there is absolutely nothing holding you back.

The Arcturian Council: what it will take for all the spaceships to land.

We have been aware of so many of the struggles that humanity faces and we have taken a hands-off non-inference approach, and many of you would ask why.  Many of you would ask why do the extraterrestrials not intervene on our behalf?  Why are we not protected from the forces that would keep us down, keep us feeling enslaved?  Well, the truth is you all wanted it this way before you were born onto that planet in this lifetime, whether you know it or not.  Now, hear us out.  From the human perspective, people living in war torn countries, experiencing poverty, famine, all kinds of civil unrest, these are all terrible things that no one would ever want, and it is true that they are terrible things, and it is alright for you all to decide that they are terrible things and that you do not want them anymore, and that is one of the purposes that they serve for you.  You get to create what you want out of those circumstances that you don't want.  You also get to experience yourselves as the ones who feeds the hungry person, or you get to experience yourselves as the one who gives money to the poor.  You get to experience yourselves as the ones who stand up for those who are disenfranchised in some way.  People who live in those war torn countries get to experience themselves as heroes, and many have, and so for any being or group of beings to come into your environment and say, "We will make it all better for you," would just be robbing you of those experiences of self that you ultimately want to have as souls, and some of you can even admit want to have as people.

This is why non-inference is such an important policy for extraterrestrials to take.  Now, have all extraterrestrials taken the non-inference policy to heart all the time?  Of course, you know the answer to that is no.  We can say it is true for us, but we can also say that we were interested in other things and what we were interested in didn't involve planet Earth for a very long time, and now we have taken an interest in you, and we know that the way to help you is to teach you, to send you energies and all kinds of codes and transmissions, and we know that you will take the knowledge that you receive from us and the energies that you download and you will run with them, and you will get to experience the joy of your own growth.  Many on earth would like to see thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, or even millions of trials going on to bring the truth to light about those who have been doing the dastardly deeds there on your planet, and perhaps you think we would be the ones to be the judges or the juries in those cases, but that is going about it the very long and very hard way.  It is so much easier to forgive, and it is so much faster to see the light, the love, the divinity, within each and every human being, no matter what they have done.  It is so much better for you than to lock them all up, and some of you know this and some of you are doing it and you are the ones doing that work that some humans want us to do.

We are not coming to balance the scales for you, but you can do so much with what is happening inside of you.  You can do so much when you realize you're holding on to resentment, you're holding on to judgment, you're condemning those who seem to be responsible for all the problems on your world, and when you let go of all of that heaviness and all that darkness that is within you, then you don't need to create the idea of villains in your stories anymore.  And it just so happens that when enough of you are in that space of forgiveness, that's when the ships will land.  When enough people decide that no one has to be put on trial and no one has to be locked up, that's when you will open up to your friends and family members who are waiting patiently on their ships in your skies.  We are excited for that day to come, and we know that it is coming soon.

The transition transfiguration period: this year to 2032.

I am aware that many of you are experiencing upheavals as well as sudden deaths in the family or elsewhere, as well as sudden changes, challenges and ill health, or sudden emergencies cropping up as well.  I have written about the earth's changes as well as the inner transformation and transfiguration which will continue and become even more powerful.  Yet we are never given more than we can handle at one time, and in the here and now, it is a matter of truly focusing on what we do want to experience, manifest, and loving to co-create and to affirm this every single morning on arising and at night before we go to sleep.  We are being reinvented and reprogrammed. but we need to also do the inner work which will not sabotage the rest.  If we are in denial within, this will reflect on the outside and with a bang.  What you are now focusing on will manifest almost immediately.  Therefore, it is wise to always go back into the heart, still the mind, and then get crystal clear about what you truly wish to have more of, and not what you fear.  Fear is false evidence appearing as real and more often it is what keeps us stuck in the old paradigms instead of us freeing ourselves and standing in our true soul mastery.  Feel the fear and then do it anyway as someone so eloquently phrased this a few years ago.

You are a true daughter and son of the divine source.  It is time now to claim your true inheritance as a beloved daughter and son and to open your arms wider than ever before to all the goodness, the abundance, the joy, the beauty, the harmony, the inspiration, the love, wisdom, higher insight, knowledge which is your birthright.  It is time to claim your mastery and sovereignty and doing this in the here and now.  Your own ascended masters are always there to assist you, to guide you, but they cannot live your life for you.  Nor are they allowed to intervene in your life.  If you need help, then ask and listen deeply within and follow the inner guidance, the promptings, the wise inner voice.  Many hear these but then do not trust it and then self-sabotage.

This planet was never meant for shrinking violets, but for the bravest of the brave, and you would not be here at this time if you were not capable of handling whatever comes.  Challenges hone the inner mastery and soul muscles and make you fit for the new role as co-creator.  Living from the heart and soul and standing in your truth unshakably like the mighty cosmic tree of life, firmly rooted and grounded into the new earth and anchoring in the new golden age, with love, through love, and in love.  Remember, you are a master, and master stands unshakably in truth and integrity with love and loving intent.  You are not a shrinking violet but indeed a divinely created perfected soul and the divine does not create duds only perfection.  It is the ego which negates which spins fear and conjures up pictures which sends the mind spinning.  The heart always knows the truth of the soul and remembers this truth.

I lost everything in 2004 and today I am grateful that all of this happened for I have been born anew.  I have had to shed so many old layers, old belief systems, old programming and still do.  Now, when things happen, I immediately sit down with pen and paper and write down the drawbacks and the benefits of this happening and do not stop until I have found more benefits than drawbacks.  Not only for me but for the rest of humanity.  It immediately shifts everything as the right-brain and left-brain hemispheres move into balance and harmony once more.  Unity and oneness and inspiration and creativity flow, and this is what then lifts you to a much higher level where you can rise above it all.  More than this, you become grateful for all and everything, and the more grateful you become, the more you will attract to yourself to be grateful for.

In the next 10 years, we will need to shed more and more layers, more and more of the old.  Yet look for the miracle.  For the first time in thousands of Earth years, we now can step fully into a new creation and create anew as the old falls away and do so from a heart of love.  As the Christ Buddha consciousness within us rises to the fore, we now step into unity, oneness, where we can co-create the communities of light and lovingly co-create the new golden age in the fifth and seventh dimensional state as one.  This is a cosmic miracle.  Keep this miracle forever in your heart and soul and nurture.  Co-create it there in your sacred temple with love and loving intent, always for the greater good of all, and then experience the unfolding of this miracle within you and then all around you, and by 2032 you will not recognize yourself anymore as you transfigured into your highest soul self and live life with love and joy.  Yet all this is already available for you in the here and now and there within your own soul as one with the divine within you in your own sacred and holy temple.  The temple of your heart and soul.  We are stepping into the seemingly impossible, yet in the truth, this means I am possible, unlimited, ad-infinitum.
