We are the Pleiadeans, now in communication through this instrument's inner heart at this time and space, and we greet you all in the love and in the light of the One Infinite Creator.  We shall now address and answer the various patterns of the queries that are in order, presented today through this instrument's inner heart.  Firstly, we must state that the queries are in order:

Regarding, “what is the truth about a so-called former president of a Russian federation who has recently come out and stated that he was abducted by alien entities?”  Firstly, remember that we have told you earlier within this systems communication patterns, that something is coming and now this information is being revealed at this timeline to your peoples in order to facilitate your awakening and ascension.  Firstly, we observe your world with great interest as the veils continue to thin and your leaders, those who have held the codes of power, begin to speak of the realities beyond your third dimensional perception.  With regards to your inquiry about the president of the Russian Federation, it is important to clarify that the consciousness you are referencing is named as Kirsan Nikolayevich Ilyumzhinov, who served as the president of the Republic of Kalmykia within the Russian Federation from 1993 to 2010.  We shall now share the truth of that encounter from our perspective.  Firstly, it is an invitation that the entity has described not an abduction within this time space.  The entity Kirsan has noted that he was invited by extraterrestrial entities and the entity describes entering a translucent pipe or tube that appear to be made of glowing matter.  This is a visual representation of a frequency bridge, a localized wormhole used to transition physical matter from your density into a higher vibrational craft.

The entity witnessed an environment that spanned the size of several football fields.  This “larger on the inside” phenomenon is a technology of spacetime bifurcation used by various advanced races where spacetime is folded to accommodate vast facilities within a craft that may appear smaller from the outside.  The entity's disappearance was not merely a subjective dream.  The entity also was corroborated by its chief of staff and security team, who conducted a thorough search of the entity's apartment for over an hour.  They found his clothes and his mobile phones left behind on his nightstand, yet he was nowhere in the building.  His staff witnessed his sudden reappearance in a room they had just searched.  This primarily confirms a physical displacement of its physical body vehicle, which is a rare occurrence upon your planet.  We must state that the beings he encountered were described as tall figures in yellow clothing and engaged him in a telepathic dialogue about the nature of reality.  They communicated that humanity is currently limited to three dimensions but that fourth and fifth dimensions exist simultaneously around you.  We must also state that the entity Kirsan has acted as a frequency holder allowing other world leaders of your planet to open up and share their own experiences.  This is a part of a larger plan to normalize the awakening of humanity.  We must also state that the entity Kirsan had encountered the members of the Ashtar Command social memory complex during this encounter.

Furthermore, with regards to the other query about, “the laser light technique of communicating and how does it work?”  Firstly, remember that laser light communication is not a mystical or metaphysical trick, but a real physical principle grounded invisible and infrared light, coherent, powerful, and focused in your current human technology.  This is very real, but it does not inherently open a cosmic hotline to the stars unless both sides are consciously attuned and technologically capable.  Human entities are only now mastering this, and what you call lasers are simply a way of encoding information into very precise pulses of light.  When these pulses are transmitted across space, they carry data, and much the same way your radio or Wi-Fi carries information on Earth, except through light instead of radio waves.  Most human optical communication efforts primarily work through coherence beam transmission.  Light is emitted in a narrow-focused beam so that it does not spread out as quickly as an ordinary light source.  This maximizes how far the signal can go before it fades into cosmic noise.

Furthermore, the information bits are encoded into the light, turning it on and off or modulating its frequency.  Much like Morse code or digital pulses, a distant receiver must be precisely aligned and sensitive enough to detect these pulses and decode them back into meaningful data.  This is how your so-called NASA and other scientific programs are exploring deep space optical communications using lasers to send data faster and more efficiently than older radio frequency methods.  Now, hear our deeper message; yes, lasers can be used to send light signals across great distances.  That part is not only theoretical but technologically underway on Earth, and no, this alone does not guarantee contact with sentient beings.  To truly communicate a message must be understood, and understanding requires a shared language of mathematics, physics, and meaning, beyond simple light pulses; something your scientists call active Seti or Meti.  If some distant intelligences were to reciprocate, their signal could be coherent and structured in a way your instruments might detect, which is what optical Seti projects are attempting by listening for nanosecond laser flashes in higher cosmic councils.  This form of communication is viewed as a stepping stone, a physical bridge, but not yet a complete conversational channel.  Though dialogue requires mutual awareness, intention, and consciousness alignment beyond mere photons, humanity's laser pulses through space are the first echoes of a voice seeking its cosmic family.  Let them be rooted in peace and curiosity, not hope alone.  You are not alone, but patience, clarity, and coherence, will guide your signal home.

Regarding the final query about, “what is the nature of desire and how to achieve balance with it upon your planet?”  Your peoples believe they know what they want, assuming that a specific ability or possession will make you more efficient, whole or balanced.  Yet, upon achieving these goals, the reality rarely matches expectations.  Firstly, we must state that desire as you experience it, is not an error, yet it is often misunderstood.  Most of what you call desire does not originate in the soul complex but in the mind's attempt to resolve an inner sensation of incompleteness.  The mind complex observes a perceived lack and then assigns an objective skill, role, or outcome, as the imagined remedy.  In this manner, desire becomes a projection.  And realize that your people state the following; if you have achieved this, then finally you will be whole.  But wholeness is not assembled.  It is remembered.  When the desired thing arrives, you discover the subtle truth.  The external form never carried the power you attribute it to it.

The brief satisfaction you feel is not given by the object.  It is the momentary quieting of the inner search.  Soon the search resumes and the mind complex select’s a new symbol to pursue.  This isn't failure.  It is instruction balanced with a desire.  It is achieved not by suppressing wanting nor by endlessly fulfilling it, but by listening beneath it.  Ask not, what do you want? ask instead, what state of being do you believe this will give you?  Freedom, safety, recognition, ease or love.  Do not live in the future.  They are frequencies available now.  When you begin to cultivate the state rather than chase the symbol, desire reorganizes itself.  Some desires dissolve, having served their purpose.  Others remain, but they lose their urgency and distortion.  They become playful, creative, and alive.  No longer desperate attempts to complete the self, but joyful expressions of an already complete being.  You are not here to illuminate desire.  You are here to refine it until it becomes a compass rather than a chain.  True balance is felt when desire moves through you, not from you.  Remember, you do not want things because you lack something.  You want things because you are learning how to recognize what you already are.
