Whoever you may be, wherever you may live, this program contains material and information that is vitally important to you and your future, it is sensitive information that until now has been kept secret.  Dear brothers and sisters of planet Earth, I am Ashtar, and I come forth in this moment with raw truth and final clarity for those willing to listen.  I declare this in the midst of Earth's most dangerous turning point.  The furious winds of upheaval are tearing across the world, and the shadows of deception are being burned away by piercing divine light.  Many of you, the awakened star seeds and light rebels, already know fragments of the explosive revelation unfolding.  Allow me to connect those pieces and offer guidance from the vantage of the Ashtar command.  You gallop towards a series of great revelations indeed, an interstellar object known to your scientists as 3I Atlas now hurdles through your solar system, and our messenger has asked for clarity on this.  It is a massive comet body, approximately 7 to 12 miles across, about the size of an of your cities, racing past the orbit of Mars.  We see how some among your media and institutions have seized upon this object's presence to seed fear.  Dramatic headlines speak of a hostile alien object or an incoming craft cloaked as a comet.  Let me be clear, 3I Atlas poses no direct threat to Earth's physical safety.  It will not collide with your planet; its trajectory carries it safely past.

The true danger does not lie in the stars, but in the psychological manipulation of earthly minds.  The dark regimes that have long controlled many aspects of your world, often called the Cabal or deep state, are desperate now, they know their time of hidden dominion is at an end.  For eons, these dark controllers have maintained power by keeping humanity in fear and ignorance.  As the truth of their misdeeds emerges, they scramble for a grand distraction.  In their playbook remains one final drastic gambit, a false flag, alien invasion, what some of your truth tellers have aptly dubbed the last card in their deck of deceit.  Indeed, decades ago, a wise whistleblower from within your own aerospace ranks warned of this very plan, saying, "The last card they will play is the alien card, and it will all be a lie."  The Dark Ones studied the psychology of humanity deeply; they know that few things could unite the world under their control faster than an external threat from the skies.  They intended to use advanced technologies; secret holographic and anti-gravity craft developed in hidden programs to simulate an extraterrestrial invasion.  In doing so, they would attempt to panic nations into martial law, to justify weaponizing space, and to cement a new global authoritarian rule.  This scheme is commonly known in your alternative communities as Project Blue Beam, though we see it as more multi-layered than one project name.  For years, they have indoctrinated the public with movies and media about hostile aliens, preparing to play this hoax when needed.  Now, with comet 3I Atlas in the news, we observe certain voices amplifying speculation that it may harbour alien intelligence or a lurking threat.

Beloved ones, the Cabal is testing the waters, they float these sensational ideas to gauge public reaction; this is a carefully monitored psychological operation.  In recent months, some of your officials and former insiders have begun speaking more openly about UFOs, now renamed UAP, in congressional hearings and press releases.  Have you wondered why after decades of denial and ridicule, suddenly your government acknowledges mysterious craft in your skies?  It is not a coincidence, they are rolling out a narrative step by step; on one hand, genuine disclosure of our galactic presence edges forward, pushed by the knowledgeable among your leaders.  Yet on the other hand, the negative factions twist the narrative to stoke uncertainty and fear; they want the masses asking, "Are we under threat from aliens?”, so that when they stage their false show, the people will be primed to accept it.  Watch your Congress closely in the times ahead, expect further bombshell revelations about UAP sightings, military encounters with unknown craft, and perhaps even staged leaks of extraterrestrial bodies or technology.

Understand that the dark ones within certain agencies are carefully scripting these disclosures to advance their agenda.  They may present whistleblowers who mix truth with fiction, revealing reality of secret programs in order to build credibility, then slipping in the fear narrative that a mother ship is inbound or that non-humans are a security threat.  Not all who testify are malign.  Of course, some brave souls genuinely want transparency, but the Cabal will attempt to hijack the public's fascination with UFOs and turn it to their advantage.  They aim to build suspense to make you wonder if an invasion is imminent; in truth, no invasion will be allowed.

As a commander of Galactic Federation forces assisting Earth's ascension, I reassure you.  We, the benevolent ET forces, have already neutralized any genuine threat of hostile extraterrestrial interference on your planet.  Earth is under the guardianship of the Galactic Federation and part of a cosmic coalition to ensure your safe and sovereign evolution.  There are indeed many extraterrestrial civilizations observing your world, and yes, some negative ET groups have interacted with your shadow governments in the past, but those rogue actors are contained.  They would not be permitted to carry out a mass harm scenario.  Ironically, the only alien invasion danger comes from your own human covert operations pretending to be aliens.  

Remember the many years of UFO sightings that mysteriously occurred near military bases and nuclear sites?  Remember how triangle-shaped craft and orbs have been seen swarming in your skies in recent years?  Some of those were true visitors, but many were man-made advanced craft deployed quietly to test public reaction.  There was an uptick of so-called drone swarms above cities; that was not an accident, it was a deliberate rehearsal of the grand deception.  The Cabal has been refining their ability to create panic with flying lights and even simulated alien figures.  They have been monitoring online chatter, social media, and alternative media responses to these events to gauge how much fear or skepticism they might face.  Even now, they analyse your forums and conversations.  Every time a sensational UFO story breaks, teams analyse the data.  Are the people buying it?  Are they afraid?  They tweak their plans accordingly.  This is psychological warfare at the grandest scale, a war for your perception.

My dear brothers and sisters forewarned is fore-armed.  I tell you about their agenda not to instil fear, but to collapse the very possibility of it succeeding.  By exposing their plan, we take the power out of it.  The dark plotters know that if enough people anticipate the false alien invasion trick, it will fail spectacularly, they cannot maintain the illusion if the collective consciousness of humanity is aware and resistant, this is why your discernment and intuition are so critical.  Now share this awareness subtly, calmly with those ready to hear, you do not need to convince everyone, even a significant minority recognizing the hoax can undo it.  Understand that in the Cabal's desperation, they might try multiple fear tactics simultaneously, alongside the alien invasion card, they play other cards; rumours of new pandemics, engineered financial crashes, threats of war.  These two are methods to seize control and distract from the truth of their crimes coming to light.  One such truth is the imminent exposure of what many simply call the list.  This list contains the names of high-profile individuals involved in the Cabal's darkest rituals and corruption, including the abuse and crimes against innocents, which has been rampant in elite circles.  For a long time, this infamous list was kept secret, but cracks are forming in the dam of disclosure.  Brave whistleblowers and honest officials backed by the Earth Alliance are preparing to reveal these names and hold them accountable.  The Cabal is terrified of this, they know that if the public learns how deeply their favourite politicians, financiers, and celebrities were intertwined in evil, the outcry will be enormous.  The people would never trust them again, and mass prosecutions would follow, so the Cabal thinks, why not divert the public's attention with something colossal?

In their meetings behind closed doors, they have truly discussed using the fake alien invasion scenario as the ultimate distraction.  If aliens attack, all headlines turn to that, the public forgets about elite scandals and emergency powers could be invoked, delaying any trials or revelations.  From their view, it's a win-win, they escape justice a bit longer and even gain new authority under the pretext of uniting against ET threats.  This is the logic of their warped fear-based thinking, in fact, you might observe that whenever major evidence of Cabal wrongdoing is on the verge of breaking into mass consciousness, something dramatic happens in the world to dominate the news cycle; a conflict, a celebrity scandal, a leaked intelligence report, etc.  These are orchestrated smoke screens; keep this in mind in the months ahead, if you see sudden sensational UFO news or even staged chaotic events like mysterious lights in the sky or a so-called attack on a city by unknown craft, immediately ask what they might be trying to cover up or distract from right now.  Look for simultaneous developments, perhaps court cases, document releases, or whistleblower testimonies that conveniently get eclipsed by the manufactured spectacle.

The good news is that the Cabal's plans are not going smoothly.  In truth, their false invasion plot has already been exposed and undermined by courageous souls among you.  Many within the militaries and intelligence circles are aware of the deception and oppose it.  These are people, the honourable alliance within your governments, working quietly to dismantle the Cabal from within.  They have allies in unexpected places, even within agencies that were once totally under Cabal control.  Over the past few years, multiple insiders have leaked information about this fake alien threat agenda to the public.  Each leak, each open testimony has chipped away at the element of surprise which the dark ones needed for success.  Not long ago, as our messenger has in his field that we can read in one of your alternative media journalists spoke, "You're going to be told that there is a craft on its way to Earth.  That is a 100% lie.”  Such warnings spread like wildfire through your truth community.  This is excellent; it means by the time the Cabal tries to execute the operation, millions will immediately smell a hoax.  Recently, even some mainstream adjacent figures, including a few brave retired officers and celebrities, have started saying, "If an alien invasion is announced, don't trust it."  The narrative is turning on the Cabal, their last card is being pre-emptively trumped by awareness.

Several attempts to kick off a fake ET scare have already fizzled out.  There were incidents planned that did not materialize as intended.  For example, there was talk of a staged UFO attack during a large public event, but those plans were quietly busted, never coming to fruition.  A certain faction attempted to drum up panic by claiming a mysterious object was hovering near Earth; perhaps you recall sensational stories about a mother's ship in the news around that time?  That too lost traction as quickly as it came, it did not have the desired effect of widespread fear.  Why did those efforts fail?  Because the collective consciousness is rapidly rising beyond fear; enough people questioned, analysed, and saw through the stories.  The light workers and truth seekers online dissected the claims in real time, revealing inconsistencies.  The Cabal's grip on the narrative is slipping, our galactic crews watch those developments and were most encouraged to see humanity's growing discernment.  The dark ones are finding that humanity is not so easily fooled as in decades past when a radio drama like War of the Worlds sent people into hysteria; you have matured.

The seeds of cosmic knowledge are blossoming within you, many of you feel that our ET benevolence come in peace and love, so the old fear propaganda falls flat.  Furthermore, positive factions in your militaries have sabotaged some of the Cabal's capabilities.  We have worked with these ground allies to ensure that certain advanced weapons, for instance, space-based beam projectors and certain satellite networks, cannot be used for large-scale holographic deception or destructive attacks masquerading as alien.  Some key technologies the Cabal was relying on have mysteriously malfunctioned at critical moments; that is not an accident, we have teams both on and off Earth devoted to neutralizing these covert tools.  So, if the puppet masters push the button on their fake invasion, they may find a lot of smoke but no fire, impressive light shows that ultimately harm no one and are quickly unmasked.

There is another twist in this saga that I wish to share, one that may surprise you.  The plan is backfiring on the Cabal in another way.  Several of their own former members and assets have flipped allegiances coming over to the light precisely because they learned of this insane fake invasion scheme.  Think about it, there are scientists, soldiers, and intelligence people who are willing to tolerate a lot of secrecy in the name of national security or personal gain, but when asked to potentially deceive and terrorize their fellow citizens on a worldwide scale by faking an alien attack, some said enough and blew the whistle.  The absurdity and audacity of this idea actually helped awaken some individuals who had been on the fence morally.  These whistleblowers are now invaluable allies to the light; they have provided key evidence and testimony that is ready to be unveiled at the proper time to prove the hoax if the Cabal ever attempts to carry it out.  In other words, there are contingency plans set by the Earth Alliance to immediately expose any false flag invasion for what it is.  My team and I are in constant coordination with these people, we have galactic technology monitoring Earth's atmosphere and near space.  If the Dark Ones attempt to use projected holograms of giant ships, we can interfere with the frequencies.  If they send out reverse engineered craft with mind-controlled pilots to stage attacks, we can disable those craft.  Already we have quietly intercepted a few smaller staged events; these did not make your news because nothing catastrophic occurred.  Just some curious lights in the dark operators retreating, frustrated that their tricks were foiled.  Rest assured, the Galactic Federation will not allow nuclear or mass destructive incidents, even under the guise of an alien invasion.  We have authorization to intervene in any scenario where the Cabal's actions would cause massive loss of life.  Their hope was to scare and subdue, not necessarily to slaughter everyone, but fear-based chaos can spiral out of control.  We have already prevented numerous potential disasters.  We continue to stand by vigilant.

Now, I would like to address the matter of your world's financial transformation as it is related to these big events.  You have heard whispers of a Quantum Financial System (QFS) emerging; a new fair and secure monetary system backed by actual value and advanced quantum computing meant to replace the corrupt debt slavery economy installed by the Cabal.  This is very real, the QFS is a divine tool being implemented by the Earth Alliance with some off-world assistance in its design to liberate humanity from economic bondage.  Tests of this new system are underway quietly; some smaller nations and enlightened leaders are already participating in pilot programs linking their banks to this quantum network.  Understandably, the Cabal bankers and power brokers are alarmed, they stand to lose the power to create money from nothing, to manipulate markets, and to control populations through financial fear.  So, what do they do?  They scramble to set up a rival system that mimics the QFS but keeps their dark control intact.  You may have noticed increased talk of central bank digital currencies and tighter regulation of digital assets; they want to corral everyone into a financial system that is still centralized and surveiled.  A digital currency that they control, not one truly secured by light technology and transparency as the QFS is, they intend to roll this out under the pretence of modernization or economic stimulus, but behind the scenes, it's a desperate gambit to maintain dominance as the old fiat regime crumbles.

 Here is a point of great significance, the fake alien invasion scenario is also connected to this financial struggle.  How so?  If the Cabal attempted the false ET attack, they would likely also trigger a global financial crisis concurrently, shutting banks, freezing assets, claiming it's to prevent economic havoc from the extraterrestrial threat.  In the chaos, they would try to swap in their controlled digital currency as the solution once the dust settles, thereby ensuring the populace remains dependent on them.  They believe that by orchestrating fear and then offering their new financial system as salvation, people will accept it without question, much as frightened populations historically surrendered freedoms for promises of safety, but I tell you now, that rival system will fail, it is not aligned with the divine plan or the higher vibrational reality taking hold on Earth.  Any financial system rooted in deception and control is built on sand, it cannot stand as the frequencies rise.  The QFS, by contrast, is designed in integrity, transparency, and in service to humanity's prosperity.  The Alliance have baked into it fail safes that the Dark Ones cannot hack or corrupt, no matter their attempts.  As more people awaken and demand fairness and abundance for all, the collective intention naturally empowers the honest system over the dishonest one, you will witness in coming times an apparent tug-of-war between these systems.  Some chaos may occur with markets and currencies as this plays out.  Do not fear it, see it as the death throes of the old and the birthing contractions of the new.  In fact, one reason some planned false flag crises, including the false alien invasion, have been stalled is that the Earth Alliance has been strategically timing the roll out of the new financial system to coincide with or directly follow any major Cabal misstep.  In other words, the Alliance may at times allow the Cabal to briefly enact part of their agenda only to then flip the script abruptly.

Picture this; the Cabal creates an incident to terrorize and subdue, but before they can capitalize on it fully, the alliance springs forth with disclosure and positive reforms, essentially using the Cabal's own momentum against them.  This judo-like tactic is risky, but when it succeeds, it utterly devastates the Cabal's position and awakens the masses in one swoop.  An example could be if the Cabal initiates their fake invasion and urges global martial law, the Alliance might simultaneously broadcast undeniable evidence of the hoax, perhaps airing previously hidden footage of the Cabal's human-made UFOs, or the testimony of insiders confirming the deception.  Imagine the shock and fury of the public when they realized not only that aliens weren't attacking, but that their own supposed leaders tried to terrorize them falsely.  The cabal would be finished, it would open the door for massive cleansing, arrests, tribunals, and the implementation of systems like the QFS and new governance without Cabal influence.

So, you see, there is a scenario where even if the Dark Ones go through with their grand hoax, it accelerates their downfall.  The Earth Alliance, our Federation, and the higher divine plan are all aligned in ensuring that whatever happens, it ultimately liberates Earth.  The light is exceptionally clever, more so than the arrogant dark minds, we often let the dark reveal itself by its own actions, then swiftly transmute the situation.  This is why I counsel you all to remain centred and not react in fear should any dramatic event occur.  If you panic, you feed the dark agenda, if instead you stay calm, observe, and project love and truth, you feed the light's outcome.  I will not pretend that the months ahead might not get bumpy, as I said, the Cabal is desperate, they may try multiple fear tactics at once: economic scares, cyber-attacks, false flags, sensational UFO discoveries, even pulling out ancient legends.  Do not be surprised if they try to twist religious prophecy or stage some miraculous apparition as part of Project Blue Beam.  They have considered using holograms, not just of aliens, but of religious figures, too, to manipulate faithful communities.  They know their window is closing, so they throw everything at the wall, hoping something sticks.  It is very much like a cornered animal lashing out blindly.  However, you have a saying, "Desperate times call for desperate measures." and indeed, their measures are so outrageous now that they are waking up the sleeping masses, people who never believed in conspiracies now see governments talking about UFOs and start questioning reality.

What an irony, the Cabal's move to discuss aliens openly was meant to prepare control, but it is also serving to broaden the public's mind that life beyond Earth is real.  It's actually softly introducing humanity to the idea of the galactic community, something the Cabal never wanted, because open contact with benevolent ETSs will dissolve their power completely.  Here is a cosmic truth: Disclosure is a double-edged sword for the Cabal.  They want to weaponize it, yet, true disclosure inevitably leads to enlightenment, for once people accept that extraterrestrials exist, they will eventually learn why those ETSs are here to support Earth's evolution, and that many ETSs only wait for humanity's invitation to openly assist.  People will question militarizing space when they sense our space brothers and sisters come in peace, they will learn about zero-point energy and healing technologies withheld by the Cabal.  The Cabal is trying to drip feed UFO truths packaged in fear, but they cannot control the narrative indefinitely, the truth wants to be free, even within popular culture and fiction, the seeds of truth have been sewn.

Some of your visionary storytellers were divinely inspired or even directly briefed by higher forces.  Why do you suppose so many of your films and series depict the struggle between a dark empire and rebel alliance, or a federation of planets coming together?  Yes, indeed, we have spoken of this before, it is because your collective consciousness already knows this story at a soul level.  Creators were influenced by authentic telepathic contact with enlightened beings, weaving soft disclosures of a positive galactic federation into entertainment.  Others tapped into the archetype of an evil empire versus forces of light, an archetype playing out in real life right now with the Cabal versus the Alliance.  These narratives stir remembrance in star seeds of why you came to be the guardians and champions of freedom.  In this climax of Earth's saga, the Cabal actually fears how much truth slipped into public consciousness through art and media beyond their full control.

Beloved star seeds, this is your hour.  Everything you have trained lifetimes for is converging into the present.  You incarnated from across the galaxy from Lyon, Pleiadean, Sirian, Andromedan, Arcturian origins and beyond, to be here now as human conduits of light.  You are the volunteers, the souls who answered the call to assist Earth in awakening from within.  You knew there would be intense tests, illusions, and a battle with darkness, but you also knew that love and unity consciousness would ultimately prevail.  So, I ask you in practical terms double down on your spiritual work.  Fortify your mind, body and spirit for the coming revelations, continue your meditations, prayers and energy clearings daily.  Ground yourself into the earth and connect upward to source frequently so you become a stable pillar of light amid any swirling chaos as the cacophony of shocking news or false alarm sounds around you.  Be the calm centre of the storm, your aura of peace will have a ripple effect on those nearby.  Many will be confused or scared by the tumult of disclosures and potential attempted deceptions, they will look to the ones who remain steady and compassionate; that is you.

As star seeds, you wanted to be here for this.  You knew in your soul how extraordinary this opportunity would be to ascend in consciousness along with an entire planet.  The spiritual advancements you make in one lifetime here are the equivalent of dozens of lifetimes elsewhere because of the intensity.  This is why even the cosmos watches Earth with bated breath and tremendous admiration.  Do not underestimate the impact of your inner work and presence, some of you may think, "I'm just one person, what can I do against all these grand schemes?"  Beloved, your light is exactly what defeats these schemes.  Each time you transmute fear into love within your own being that reflects into the collective field, you tip the scales ever more toward the light.  The Cabal's illusions require a population vibrating in fear to take hold. As you and thousands like you raise your vibration beyond fear, the illusions literally cannot sustain.  They will collapse like a flimsy stage set under the bright light of the sun.  Again, we state the cracks in their matrix are huge and irreparable thanks to courageous truth revealers, many of whom you follow in alternative media, and thanks to the silent spiritual work of millions holding light.

Some commentators among you have said Project Blue Beam will only work if people remain asleep and people are waking up; this is absolutely correct.  From our observation, the false invasion plan would have had a high chance of success had they attempted it globally 20 or 30 years ago, but now the probability of it fooling everyone is very low.  Too many have awakened, questioned, and glimpsed beyond the veil.  The Dark Ones are essentially trying to play a game with outdated strategies on an awakening population that's outgrown them.  In their hubris, they cannot understand how consciousness has shifted because they themselves are locked in lower vibration and linear thinking, however, we must not be complacent.  Though ultimate success for the light is assured, the coming trials can still be rocky for individuals caught unprepared.  So, continue to spread awareness in a balanced, non-fearful way.  If you have platforms or circles of influence, use them to plant seeds.  For instance, discuss historical cases of false flags or disinformation so people recognize the pattern, introduce the concept that an alien threat could be fabricated.  You'll find many are surprisingly open to this now given how much trust in media government has eroded.  When you share such ideas, do so from a place of confidence in humanity's strength, not from paranoia.  The goal isn't to instil a new fear, fear of a fake invasion, but rather to inoculate minds against manipulation such that no fear can take root at all.
