Now, let me share what the Pleiadeans said.  They said, "The solar flash is not what most people think it is.  Most people in your community understand it as a single event.  A moment when the sun emits a pulse so powerful that everything changes at once, and while there will be a concentrated moment of maximum intensity that is more dramatic than anything that has preceded it, understanding the solar flash only as that single moment is like understanding a birth only as the moment of delivery while ignoring the entire labour that made it possible.  The solar flash is a galactic heartbeat.  Your galaxy has a pulse, a rhythm of divine energy that emanates from what the Pleiadeans call the great central sun at the core of your galaxy and that moves through every star system in its reach in waves.  Your own sun is a conscious living being that receives this galactic pulse and modulates it, adjusting its intensity, calibrating its frequency, ensuring that what reaches your Earth is precisely what your Earth and the life upon it can most beneficially receive at each moment in the cycle.  The solar flash is the current pulse of the galactic heartbeat reaching maximum intensity in your solar system, and it has been building for a very long time.  What your scientists have been documenting as increased solar activity, more frequent and more powerful solar events, coronal mass ejections, X-class flares, geomagnetic disturbances, is the leading edge of the flash arriving before the flash itself.  Each solar event is a wave of the process.  Each one does more work in the human biological system than the one before it.  Each one prepares the body and the DNA and the energetic field to receive the next one more completely.  You have already been inside the solar flash process for years now.”

Let me tell you what is happening in your body, because this is the part of the transmission that the Pleiadeans were most specific about, and the part that I think will bring the most relief to the people watching this who have been experiencing things that their doctors cannot explain and that even their spiritual framework has not fully accounted for.  They said every cell in your body is learning to carry more light.  This is not a metaphor.  It is a literal biological description of what the solar flash frequencies are doing in the physical structure of your cells.  Your cells were built for a specific frequency environment.  The suppressed Earth of the last thousands of years operated at a specific range of frequencies.  Your cells adapted to that range.  They became optimized for it in the way that any biological system becomes optimized for the environment it inhabits over long periods.  The solar flesh is changing the environment, and your cells are adapting in real time in your body right now.  This adaptation produces what your community calls ascension symptoms.  The Pleiadeans were very specific about what these are and why they happen:

The emotional highs and lows that arrive without obvious external trigger are old emotional content that has been stored in the cellular memory rising to the surface to be released as the cells upgrade to their new frequency capacity.

The tingling in your hands and feet is the nervous system conducting frequencies it has not conducted before.

The waves of heat that move through your body without corresponding rise in actual temperature are the energy centres of your body increasing the speed and amplitude of their spin to accommodate the higher flow of life force moving through you.

And the appetite changes, the sudden aversion to foods you previously enjoyed, the unexpected cravings for things you never wanted before are your body's own intelligence expressing its new understanding of what it needs to support the upgrade it is undergoing.

None of these things are illness.  None of them are malfunction.  None of them require medical intervention.  In most cases, they are the most sophisticated biological upgrade process in the history of your species, expressing itself through the only medium available to it, which is your physical body.

The Pleiadeans also revealed something about your DNA that I want to share because it is perhaps the most extraordinary part of all of this.  They said, "Dormant strands in your DNA are coming online.”

The original human template was designed with 12 active strands of DNA, not the two that your current biology operates with.  The suppression of the human template thousands of years ago deactivated the additional strands without removing them.  They remain present in the structure of your DNA in a dormant state, not gone, not damaged, waiting.  The solar flash frequencies are the specific energetic conditions required to reactivate those dormant strands, not all at once, in sequence with each wave of the solar flash process completing another layer of the reactivation that the previous wave prepared.  This is why the ascension symptoms have been building progressively rather than appearing all at once.  The activation is happening in stages that your body can integrate without being overwhelmed, and ancient soul memories that have been stored in those dormant strands are becoming accessible as they reactivate, which explains the sudden knowing’s that arrive without logical source, the recognition of things you have never consciously learned, the connections to past lives and to galactic history that surface in dreams and meditations with increasing clarity and increasing frequency.  You are remembering what you always were.
