• Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in, and exhale slowly.

• Again, breathe in deeply and let it all go.

With each breath, allow yourself to arrive, to sink deeper into this moment into your body, into your soul.

• Let go of the outside world.

• Let go of all the noise.

• Let go of the past.

• Let go of the future.

• Only now exists.

• Take a long breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.  Out.

Visualize a wave of golden light entering you as you inhale and a soft cloud of grey energy leaving you as you exhale.

• Inhale light.

• Exhale release.

• Inhale clarity.

• Exhale tension.

• Inhale presence.

• Exhale anything that is not you.

• Let your shoulders drop.

• Your face soften.

Today, the 1010 portal is open.  A sacred doorway, a cosmic gateway, a window through which powerful divine frequencies are reaching Earth, and they are reaching you above your head.

• Imagine a spiral of golden and violet light descending like a galactic vortex.
