If You Were Born Between 1940 and 1980, Watch This - Ashtar Reveals Why Your Soul Came Now

Ashtar Commander
29 October 2026
If you were born between 1940 and 1980, your soul did not arrive at random. In this transmission, Ashtar Command reveals the three great waves of souls who answered the call to come to Earth after the last great war: the Keepers, the Seekers, and the Bridge Builders. Each wave came with its own purpose, its own gifts, and its own burden to carry, and each one prepared the way for those who came after. Discover the signs of each wave, the hidden task the first wave was given for the later years of life, and how the waves are woven together through families across generations. Stay until the end for a guided practice that connects you with the souls of your own wave all over the world.
Chapter 1: Introduction to the waves
Greetings. We speak on behalf of all of those who make up the galactic fleets at the service of the supreme creator. We speak on behalf of Ashtar Chiron. Today we bring you a message that many of you have been waiting for. Even if you did not know you were waiting, it is a message about you, not about distant planets, not about the future of nations, about you and about the moment you chose to arrive on this earth. Many of you watching this message were born between the years 1940 and 1980. You have lived long enough to see your world change in ways your grandparents could never have imagined. You have seen wars begin and end. You have seen machines move into every home. You have seen the old certainties crumble one by one. And through all of it, many of you have carried a quiet feeling that you were here for a reason you could not quite name. Today we will name it.
The council has asked us to share with you that the souls who incarnated during those four decades did not arrive at random. They came in waves, three great waves, each with its own purpose, each with its own gifts, and each with its own burden to carry. And before this message is finished, you will know which wave you belong to, and why your soul chose the exact time it chose. Before we begin, we ask you to receive this message with discernment. What we share here is a teaching of the councils relayed in the voice of a transmission. It is not a prediction. It sets no date and it does not ask you to change your life in any drastic way. Take what resonates with your heart, leave what does not. Your own inner knowing is always the final authority. And we ask you one small thing before we begin. In the comments below, tell us the year you were born and the country or state you are watching from. You will be surprised how many souls from your own wave are watching this message with you right now. When you see their words, you will understand that you have never been as alone as you sometimes felt.
Chapter 2: Purpose of the three waves
Why souls come in waves. Let us first explain why souls arrive in waves at all. When a planet approaches a great turning point, the councils of light do not send help all at once. To send everyone at once would be like planting an entire garden in a single day in a single season with no thought for the weather. Some seeds must go into the ground early to prepare the soil. Some must go in the middle of the season to grow strong roots, and some must go in later to carry the harvest home. Your Earth has been approaching such a turning point for a long time. And so, in the years after the great war of the last century, a call went out across many star systems. The call said, "Earth is ready to begin waking up. Who will go?” Many answered that call, more than you can imagine. But they were not all sent at the same time. They were arranged carefully, lovingly into three waves. Each wave would arrive at a different moment in Earth's history. Each wave would meet a different world. And each wave would do a part of the work that the others could not do. This is important for you to understand. No wave is more important than another. The first wave is not better than the third. The third is not more advanced than the first. They are like the three parts of a bridge. The foundation, the span, and the far side. Without any one of them, no one could cross.
Chapter 3: The third wave: Bridge Builders
Now we will begin with the third wave, the youngest of the three. And we will save the first wave, the eldest, for last, because the first wave carries a secret that we have not shared openly before. The third wave, born between 1966 and 1980, the Bridge Builders, the third wave arrived into a world that was already beginning to shake. By the time these souls were born, the first wave had already cracked open the old ways of thinking. Questions were being asked that had never been asked before. Old institutions were losing their hold and yet the new world had not yet been built. These souls were born into the space in between. That is why we call them the Bridge Builders. If you were born in these years, you may recognize yourself in what we are about to say. You grew up with one foot in the old world and one foot in the new. You remember life before computers filled every home. And yet you learn to use them as easily as breathing. You remember when families gathered around a single telephone and you also lived through the arrival of devices that would connect the entire planet. You were the generation that had to translate. You translated between your parents and your children, between the old ways and the new ways, between the world of faith you were raised in and the world of questions you grew into. Many of you have spent your entire lives standing in the middle, holding two worlds together so that neither would fall apart. And this has been tiring. We know this. Many in the third wave have felt pulled in every direction at once, caring for aging parents and growing children in the same years, working in systems that did not honour the soul, while knowing deep inside that something else was possible. Feeling a hunger for meaning that the world around you could not satisfy.
But here is what you may not know. That tiredness was not a sign of failure. It was the weight of a bridge being built. A bridge always carries the weight of those who cross it. And countless souls have crossed into awakening because of you; your children, your friends, your co-workers who saw you choose kindness when it would have been easier to choose anger. Strangers who read a few words you wrote online at exactly the right moment. The sole gift of the third wave is translation. You can take a truth that sounds strange to the ordinary mind and put it into words that ordinary people can accept. This is a rare and precious gift. The first wave received many of the great truths, but they often spoke them in a language the world was not ready to hear. The third wave learned to speak that same truth in the language of everyday life.
Let us tell you about one soul of the third wave so that you understand what we mean. A man born in 1972 spent 20 years working as an accountant. He never spoke about spiritual things at work. He was careful. He was quiet. But every person who came into his office in a time of crisis left a little lighter. A widow who did not understand her husband's finances. A young couple terrified of debt. A small business owner on the edge of losing everything. He listened to them. He was patient with them. And without ever saying a single word about the light, he carried it into every conversation. From our ships we watched that office glow year after year. shine. Not because of anything dramatic, but because one soul of the third wave had decided long before he was born that he would bring light into the most ordinary place he could find. Many of you in the third wave are like him. You did not become famous teachers. You did not stand on stages, but you brought the light into hospitals, classrooms, offices, kitchens, and factories. You built the bridge one ordinary day at a time.
Signs that you belong to the third wave. There are signs by which the souls of the third wave may recognize themselves:
You often feel responsible for holding everyone together.
You have a deep dislike of conflict and yet you often find yourself in the middle of it as the peacemaker.
You were drawn to spiritual ideas in your 20s or 30s, but you kept them quiet because you did not know how others would react.
You can speak easily with both the very old and the very young.
And there is a part of you that feels you have not yet done the thing you came here to do.
T
hat last feeling is important for many in the third wave. The greatest part of the mission is still ahead because the bridge is now nearly complete, and soon many of you will be asked to stand at its centre and help guide others across in a far more open way than you ever could before.
Chapter 4: The second wave: Seekers
Now let us continue. The second wave, born between 1956 and 1965. The Seekers. The second wave arrived as the first great door was being pushed open. These souls were children while the world around them was changing at a speed it had never known. They watched the first human beings leave the surface of the Earth and look back at it from space. They heard music that spoke of peace and freedom. They saw their older brothers and sisters’ question everything, and so the souls of the second wave became Seekers. If you were born in these years, you may remember a hunger that began very early in your life. A hunger to know what was real. You may have read books that your parents did not understand. You may have wandered from one teaching to another, from one church to another, from one path to another, never fully at home in any of them. You may have been called restless, unsettled, a dreamer, but you were not restless. You were searching because the mission of the second wave was to explore every path so that later souls would not have to think about what this means.
The second wave tried the meditations, the prayers, the healing practices, the ancient teachings from every corner of the world. They travelled to sacred places. They tested ideas in their own lives. Some of what they found was true, some of it was not. And slowly, through years of trial and disappointment and discovery, the second wave sorted the gold from the sand. Much of what is now simply known by awakened souls everywhere was first found by the Seekers:
that the body and the spirit are connected
that thoughts carry energy
that forgiveness heals the one who forgives
that every soul has access to the divine without needing permission from anyone
These ideas did not appear from nowhere. Souls of the second wave lived them, often at great personal cost until they became common knowledge. Many of the Seekers paid a price for this. Some lost relationships because their families did not understand them. Some were laughed at. Some spent years searching without finding and felt that their lives had been wasted. If this is you, we want you to hear this clearly. Not one year of your searching was wasted. Every door you opened, even the ones that led nowhere, became a map for those who came after you.
Let us tell you about one of these Seekers. A woman born in 1959 spent most of her life searching. In her 20s, she studied yoga. In her 30s, she studied healing with her hands. In her 40s, she nearly gave up on all of it because life had been hard and none of the teachings seemed to protect her from pain. Then in her 50s, after losing her mother, she sat one night in her garden and felt something she had been searching for all her life. A presence, a peace, a knowing that she was held. She told us later in the quiet language of the heart that she had finally found what she was looking for. And we told her this. You did not find it at the end of the search. You found it because of the search. Every path you walked carved a channel in your soul. And when the moment came, the light had a place to flow. Today, that woman teaches a small group in her home once a week. Most of them are younger than her. Some of them are from the third wave, and she gives them in a single evening what took her 30 years to find. This is the gift of the second wave. You searched so that others could find
Signs that you belong to the second wave. The souls of the second wave often recognize themselves by these signs:
You have read more spiritual books than you can count, and you still feel there is more to learn.
You have been disappointed by teachers and yet you have never stopped believing that the truth is out there.
You are drawn to nature, to quiet places, to the stars at night.
You have a deep sense of justice and you feel the pain of the world very strongly.
And somewhere inside you, there is a feeling that the great search of your life is finally coming to an end.
That feeling is correct. The search is ending, not because there is nothing more to find, but because you are now being asked to become what you were searching for. The Seeker is becoming the guide. And the coming years will show many of you that your long winding road was preparation for exactly this role.
Chapter 5: The first wave: Keepers
And now friends of the truth, we come to the first wave. The eldest of the three and the one with the greatest secret. The first wave, born between 1940 and 1955, the Keepers. The first wave arrived when your world was in its darkest hour. Some of these souls were born while the Great War was still raging across your planet. Others were born in the years just after, into a world filled with grief, with ruins, with families trying to rebuild their lives from nothing. They were born into a world that had just seen how far humanity could fall. Why would a soul choose to arrive at such a time? Because someone had to begin. Someone had to be the first to say there must be another way, and that is exactly what the first wave did. As these souls grew up, they became the generation that changed everything. They were the young people who first said out loud and in great numbers that love was more powerful than war. They were the ones who began to look to the east for wisdom, who began to speak of peace and of the unity of all life. They were the ones who first opened the door that the Seekers would later walk through and that the Bridge Builders would later turn into a road.
But this is not the secret. Many of you already know that the first wave opened the door. The secret is something else. The secret is this. The first wave was given a task that would not be completed in their youth. It would be completed in their old age. Let us explain. When the souls of the first wave were young, they carried the light with great passion. They sang, they marched, they dreamed of a new world. And then, as the years went on, many of them watched as those dreams seemed to fade. They grew older. They worked. They raised families. They buried their parents. The world did not become the paradise they had imagined. And many of them quietly concluded that they had failed, that the dreams of their youth had been naive. But the council wants you to know this. The dreams did not fail. They were planted, and the harvest was always meant to come later. The souls of the first wave are called the Keepers because they were asked to keep the light alive through all the decades in between until the moment it could finally rise. Like the Keeper of a lighthouse who tends the flame through long nights when no ship passes, the first wave has kept the original vision of a new earth alive inside their hearts. Through disappointments, through losses, through all the years when it seemed that no one cared anymore, and now the ships are passing. The light that the first wave planted in their youth is finally rising across your world. The younger waves are carrying it forward and the Keepers who have held that flame for more than 50 years are now being asked to do the most important thing of all, to pass it on. This is why so many of the first wave are being called to awaken more deeply right now in their 70s and their 80s. Some of you have felt it. A new sensitivity. Dreams that feel more real than waking life. A sense that loved ones who have passed are closer than before. A desire to sit quietly, to pray, to speak with your grandchildren about the things that truly matter. These are not signs of decline, they are signs of completion. The Keepers are coming into the fullness of what they came here to be.
From our ships, the first wave shines in a way that we can only describe as golden. It is a different light from the younger waves. It is softer, deeper, steadier. It is the light of souls who have walked through an entire lifetime of hardship and still chose love at the end. There is no light more powerful than that in all the universe.
Let us tell you about one of these Keepers. A man born in 1946 marched for peace when he was a young man. He believed with his whole heart that the world was about to change. Then life happened. He worked in a factory for 40 years. He lost a son. He watched the world grow harder and colder. And for a long time, he stopped believing in anything at all. When his wife fell ill, he cared for her every day for 6 years. He fed her. He sat with her. He held her hand through every long night. And in those years of quiet, humble care. Something reopened inside him. The young man who had believed in love was still there. He had simply been waiting. After she passed, he began to write letters. Not to anyone famous, just to his grandchildren. Long handwritten letters about what he had learned about kindness, about forgiveness, about the stars, and about the feeling he had always carried that humanity was meant for something greater. His grandchildren keep those letters in a box. One of them reads them every year on his birthday. That is the work of a Keeper. Not loud, not famous, but it passes the flame from one generation to the next so that it never goes out.
Signs that you belong to the first wave. The souls of the first wave may recognize themselves by these signs:
You remember a time in your youth when you truly believed the world could be transformed by love.
You have lived through great loss, and yet you still feel a quiet tenderness toward life.
You feel more drawn to prayer, to silence, and to nature now than at any other time in your life.
You feel a strong desire to leave something behind for the young ones.
And sometimes late at night, you feel that you are being watched over by beings you cannot see you are.
We are with you and we honour you more than you know.
Chapter 6: The broader plan of unity
Now some of you are thinking but I was not born between 1940 and 1980. Does this mean I am not part of this plan? Not at all. If you were born before 1940, you are what the councils call the elders of the threshold. You are the souls who held the door open from the other side before the waves even began. You lived through the hardest years of the last century and kept the faith alive for those who would come after. You are not outside this message. You are its foundation. And if you were born after 1980, you belong to the waves that came next. The fourth wave and the fifth wave. Souls who arrived with much of their memory still intact, who see through the old illusions very quickly and who are now carrying the work forward with a speed that surprises even us. We will speak about those waves in a future message, but know this, you exist because the first three waves prepared the ground. And many of you chose your parents and your grandparents from among these three waves so that you would be raised by souls who had already done the hard work. This is the most beautiful part of the plan. The waves are not separate. They are woven together through families. A Keeper raises a Seeker. A Seeker raises a Bridge Builder. A Bridge Builder raises a child of the fourth wave, and so the light is passed down hand to hand, generation to generation until it covers the whole Earth. Look at your own family. Look at your parents, your children, your grandchildren. You may see the waves in them. You may begin to understand why certain members of your family feel so familiar, as if you had known them before.
Chapter 7: Practice for soul connection
You have available a practice for all three waves. Now we would like to offer you a simple practice. It does not matter which wave you belong to. This practice will connect you with the souls of your own wave across the whole world and with the other waves as well.
Find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for a few minutes.
Sit comfortably.
Let your hands rest on your lap, palms open.
Close your eyes and take a slow deep breath.
Let it out gently.
Take another breath, and as you breathe out, let your shoulders soften. Let the worries of the day fall away.
Now bring to your mind the year you were born. Do not think about it too much. Simply feel it. Feel the world as it was when you arrived, the sounds, the colours, the hopes and fears of that time.
Now imagine that from your heart, a thread of soft golden light begins to extend outward. It reaches beyond your room, beyond your town, beyond your country, and everywhere in the world, other threads are rising to meet it. These are the souls of your own wave. Souls who were born in the same years as you, who answered the same call, who came here for the same reason. Feel them. You may not know their names. You may never meet them in this life, but they know you in the place where souls remember each other.
Now imagine that your thread connects not only with your own wave but with the other two, the Keepers with their deep golden light, the Seekers with their bright silver light, the Bridge Builders with their warm blue light. All three weaving together into a great web that surrounds the whole Earth.
Stay with that image for a few breaths. Feel how much love is held in that web. Feel how much has already been done.
And now silently say these words in your heart. “I remember why I came. I honour those who came before me. I bless those who come after me. I am part of the great plan of light.”
Take one more deep breath.
And when you are ready, slowly open your eyes.
You can do this practice once a day or whenever you feel alone. Each time you do it, the web grows stronger and each time you will find it a little easier to remember who you are.
Chapter 8: Addressing common questions
Questions you may be asking. We know that a message like this brings many questions. Let us answer some of them now. You may be asking:
"What if I do not feel like I fit my wave?”
This is very common. The years we have given are a guide, not a law. A soul born at the very edge of one wave may carry qualities of the next. Some souls carry the gifts of two waves at once. Trust what you feel. If you read the signs of another wave and feel a deep recognition, that is part of your story, too.
"Is it too late for me to do my part?”
No, beloved one, it is never too late. Many of the most important acts of light happen in the final chapters of a life. A single conversation, a single act of forgiveness. A single letter written to a grandchild. These things travel further than you can see.
“Should I change my life now that I know this? Should I move somewhere or leave my work or make some great decision?”
No, that is not what we ask. The souls of every wave were placed exactly where they are for a reason. Your work is to bring light into the life you already have. Your home, your family, your town, your daily routines. That is where the light is needed most.
“Why are you telling us this now?”
Because many of you have been carrying a quiet sadness, a feeling that your life did not turn out the way your soul had hoped. We wanted you to know that from where we stand, it is turning out exactly as it should. You have done far more than you know.
"Will I see the new Earth in my lifetime?”
We do not give dates and we will not begin now. But we will tell you this, you are already helping to build it. Every day that you choose love, you are already living in a piece of it. And no matter when your journey on this earth comes to an end, the work you have done will remain. Nothing that is given in love is ever lost.
Chapter 9: Closing words and community
A word to each wave. Before we close, we want to speak a final word to each of the three waves.
To the Keepers. Thank you for holding the flame through the long night. Thank you for not letting it go out even when you believed it no longer mattered. It mattered. It mattered more than anything. Now rest in the knowing that the light is rising and that you were the ones who kept it alive.
To the Seekers, thank you for searching. Thank you for every road you walked, every book you read, every door you opened, even the ones that led to disappointment. Now it is time to stop searching and to share what you have found. The younger ones are waiting for you.
To the Bridger Builders, thank you for standing in the middle for so long. Thank you for holding two worlds together when it would have been easier to let one of them fall. The bridge is nearly complete. Soon you will see how many souls have crossed it because of you.
And to all of you, you did not come here by accident. You were called. You answered and you are still here. That alone is a victory greater than you can imagine. I am Ashtar and I walk beside you in peace and in love.
