Let me tell you what those teams do because the scope of it stopped me completely when I received it. There are teams responsible for climate stabilization, for seismic monitoring and intervention in your most vulnerable fault zones, for volcanic activity in the regions where eruption would produce the most catastrophic human impact for social upheaval. The specific coordinated energetic work that can reduce collective human panic before it reaches the threshold where it produces its own cascade of destruction, for man-made disasters, for humanitarian assistance, for the transportation and protection of souls in areas of acute crisis. These teams are not theoretical. They are staffed by volunteers from multiple civilizations who chose this assignment out of love for humanity. And the Pleiadean civilization contributed something specific to this effort that Ashtar described with a pride I could feel moving through the transmission. Now, let me share what Ashtar said about protecting yourself and your family in what is coming. He said, "I have been observing how people behave during the natural disasters that are currently happening in various corners of your planet, and what I've observed tells me that most of humanity is not prepared for what is coming. Not physically, not energetically, and the gap between those who are prepared and those who are not will determine everything about how the next period of Earth's transition is experienced at the personal level.”
The people of Japan and other Asian countries where earthquakes and typhoons and floods are a regular part of life were the most prepared. They are taught from childhood how to respond in extreme conditions. They know what to store, where to go, how to communicate, how to remain calm when systems around them are failing. This is not fear-based living, this is practical wisdom applied by a culture that is learned through experience that preparation is not pessimism, it is love for the people around you. The populations of the American continents and Europe were not ready, and the Galactic Federation is watching this gap with concern because what is coming will touch those regions significantly, and the absence of basic physical preparation will cost lives that did not need to be lost.
So let me tell you what Ashtar said to do, starting with the physical and moving to the energetic, because both matter equally and neither is complete without the other.
Store food, not a few extra items in the pantry but a genuine deliberate supply for a minimum of 3 months. Grains, rice, dried legumes, canned goods, dried fruits and nuts, honey which never expires, seeds if you have any capacity to grow. Think about what your household actually consumes and prepare that amount. Think about the people you love who may need to come to you and prepare for them as well.
Store water, more than you think you need. Clean, filtered water in containers that can sustain your household without depending on infrastructure that may become temporarily unavailable. Water purification capability as backup because the systems that deliver clean water to your home are connected to the same infrastructure that becomes unreliable when the larger systems are under stress.
Have a communication plan with the people you love. Know where you will go if you cannot stay where you are. Know how you will reach each other if the ordinary channels are disrupted.
Have physical maps rather than depending entirely on digital navigation.
Have cash or something of tangible value outside of digital systems.
Have your essential medicines and medical supplies prepared beyond what you currently need so that a period of disrupted access does not become a medical crisis.
This is the physical layer. And Ashtar was clear that this physical preparation is not optional for the awakened community right now. You cannot hold the light for the people around you if you are in survival panic, you cannot be a steady presence for those who are frightened. If your own basic needs are consuming every thread of your attention, prepare your physical life so that your energetic life can do what it came here to do now, the energetic layer. because this is where the transmission became something I have never quite received before.
Ashtar said, "The first and most important instruction I can give you about protecting yourself during a natural disaster or any emergency situation is this. Do not allow your mind to dwell on the danger coming toward you. Do not picture it entering your home. Do not rehearse the catastrophe in your imagination. You do not understand yet how powerful your thoughts are as attractors of experience. What you focus on with emotional intensity, you draw toward you with a force that your current science cannot measure, but that we observe continuously from where we exist. Fear directed at a specific outcome participates in creating that outcome.”
This is not blame for those who have been harmed by disasters. It is instruction for those who are still in the preparation window. Instead of focusing on what you fear, focus on what you know to be true. You are protected. This is not a comforting phrase. It is a literal operational reality. The Galactic Federation ships maintain continuous watch in disaster zones. There are angels and archangels and ascended masters working in the higher dimensions in coordination with the Federation teams, and we can read the vibration of every soul in a disaster zone. We can sense whether a soul is ready to continue its journey in the physical or whether it has chosen at the soul level to complete this chapter of its experience, and we do everything within what universal law permits to protect those whose souls are choosing to remain. We cannot override the free will of your planet itself.
The natural elements, the tectonic activity, the atmospheric systems, they are part of a living being and we cannot simply stop them without violating the planetary free will in a way that would create worse consequences than the disasters we would be preventing, but we can and do work at the frequency level to reduce the severity of what is coming. We can redirect when redirection is possible. We can reduce magnitude when that is within our capability. And we can ensure that the souls who are genuinely ready to continue their ascension journey in physical form receive the assistance they need to survive what would otherwise be unsurvivable. But here is what changes everything about how effectively we can do this work. Your fear does not help us. Your fear literally makes our work harder. A human being in acute fear is broadcasting a frequency that interacts with the surrounding field in ways that amplify instability rather than reducing it. A human being in genuine faith in the specific quality of unconditional trust that holds, even when everything around it is shaking, that person's frequency actively assists our work. It creates pockets of stability in the field around them that we can work with and extend. Ashtar called these pockets something beautiful. He said there are already countless bubbles of fifth dimensional energy distributed across your Earth. Regions of elevated frequency, places where enough concentrated inner work by enough conscious souls has created a genuine energetic sanctuary in the field. He said, "These will act as lifelines during the most intense periods of transition, and the most important thing you can do right now is practice moving your awareness into them through your meditation, through your conscious intention, through the deliberate cultivation of the high frequency states that connect you to those pockets regardless of your physical location.
He said, "Practice moving all your bodies, including your physical one, into the fifth dimension as often as you can in these preparation weeks. You may not succeed immediately, but if you learn to make that movement with your subtle bodies regularly, then in an emergency, the higher powers can help pull your physical body into the protected frequency as well.”
This is not metaphor. This is an actual mechanism of protection that requires your prior practice to be available to you in the moment of need. And then Ashtar closed with the most important single instruction in the entire transmission. He said, "Unconditional faith, not hope, not optimism, not the carefully qualified trust of someone who is willing to believe as long as things go their way.”
Unconditional faith. The kind that holds in the worst moment. The kind that says, "I am protected even when every physical circumstance is screaming the opposite.” That specific quality of trust is itself capable of producing what your world would call miracles. Not because the universe rewards belief as a performance, but because that frequency of absolute trust is the specific state in which every resource available to you from every dimension becomes fully accessible. The angels can reach you more directly. The Federation teams can work in your field more effectively, and the protection that has always been available to you but required your participation to activate, becomes fully operational.
