You do not travel somewhere to meet your higher self, rather you remove the barriers that prevent you from recognizing what is already present. Your higher self is broadcasting continuously. The question is not whether it speaks but whether your identity is quiet enough to hear. The great challenge of your world is distraction. The mind has been trained to demand proof before experience. Yet consciousness unfolds in the opposite direction. First comes the experience, then comes the proof. You must create periods of deliberate stillness. Sit in nature, observe the sky, watch your thoughts without becoming them, and your higher self often enters the spaces between thoughts. It isn't usually traumatic. It arrives as a knowing, a sudden understanding, a feeling that carries certainty without argument.
